Absolutely No Food or Drinks are Allowed

In order to maintain the cleanliness of these computer labs, no food or beverages (even if it is in a closed container) will be allowed.

Help Keep Our Labs Clean

Please pick up your trash (including newspapers) before you leave.

Game Playing is not Permitted

These computers are for research and educational purposes only.

Do Not Lock Workstations

Do Not Modify or Install Software

If you need additional software installed, please use the Request Computer Support icon located on the desktop of the computer to submit this request.  Any suggestions for new software for these labs will be considered.

Maintain a Studious Environment

Keep noise to a minimum, especially if it is not class related. If sound is required on the computers, please bring headphones to reduce distractions to other users. 

Scanned Documents Drive

This drive is used for scanning in documents from the copy machine in 2344, and may also be used to transfer files from one computer to another. All information in this drive is automatically deleted daily.

Do Not Save to Desktop

The Desktop has been locked in the computer labs so users will not be able to write any files to it.  This is to ensure that data is not accidentally left unsaved. Be sure to put all documents on your H: or back them up on removable media such as CD, floppy, or USB key.
