Based on the interview responses from 26 newly-hired engineers in the Aerospace & Defence industry, we have identified the new engineers’ proactive actions they took for adapting to their new working environment, as well as the important skills and knowledge they learned, the challenges they met at the early stage of their career, and the self-solution for overcoming these challenges.

This website is for newly-hired engineers who recently entered an A&D organization, senior engineering students who want to work in the A&D industry, and engineering educators to explore the new engineers’ experience of socialization.
