Research work involves incorporating organization design in the design of large-scale complex
engineered systems in a value driven approach to multidisciplinary design optimization of these
systems.


Brief Biography

Benjamin Kwasa is a PhD student that attained his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. While
an undergrad at ISU, He participated in various independent study projects on the design of UASs where
his interest in design of Aerospace systems was nurtured. Throughout his undergraduate studies, he
gained experience as an independent auto mechanic which provided ample opportunity to practice his
engineering skills.
